Fernanda Mercado

Fernada Mercado oversees loan servicing, including emailing and mailing Balloon Monitor payment schedules, tracking delinquencies or defaults, and maintaining complete, compliant records of transactions and borrower communications. She proactively communicates with borrowers—sending reminders, addressing status updates, and resolving inquiries or disputes promptly—while ensuring adherence to legal standards and internal policies. She also collaborates with internal teams to improve servicing operations and customer experience, and serves as a Notary.  With her attention to detail, Fernanda is a great asset to our Team of professionals.
